FAQ

Q: Are there specific medical requirements?
A: Yes. All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations. All cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP. Please email vaccination records or upload them to your customer portal before their stay.

Q: What sizes are your suites?

A: Sunset: 5' x 6', River: 6' x 9', Boulder: 6' x 12'

Q: What should I bring when I am boarding my animal?

A: Food, medications, jackets or sweaters (if needed), favorite toys and/or blankets. We will provide beds, blankets, food and water bowls. For cats, we also provide a litter box and litter.

Q: What happens if it's too hot or cold and my dog can't go outside?

A: We have a large playroom in our building that allows your pet to have tons of fun during bad weather.

Q: How much time will my dog get to spend playing in the yards?

A: Weather permitting, individual dogs and play groups spend 15-60 minutes at a time in our big yards, and we rotate them all day from 6:30 am - 9 pm. Every dog spends an equal amount of time outside (if they like being out there in the weather, and are healthy enough to exercise that much). It is helpful if we know your dog's temperament and personality so that we can put them in a play group with dogs who will play well with them.

Q: If my dog is either too old or does not play well with others, are they just stuck in their boarding suite their entire stay?

A: No way! We rotate individual dogs and play groups all day long, so everyone can run and play in our two big outdoor yards with staff. Please let us know whether or not your dog plays well with others.
