Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 7 am-6 pm

Saturday: 7:30-11 am

Sunday: 9-11 am & 4-5 pm

*Boarding: a daily charge is automatically applied to all check-outs after 11 am (just like a human hotel). Please let us know if you are planning to pick up your pet after 11 am so that we can reserve their suite until you arrive.

*Boarding confirmation and reminder texts: our automated system will send you a specific drop-off time, but if you have reserved the room then you can drop-off at any time that day (during our business hours). You do NOT need to let us know if you will come at a different time that day.
